Since 2008 Vale Royal School Sport Partnership have been providing intensive support during the school holidays to groups of athletes and leader identified by their schools.
Our Primary Performance Academy aims to provide a high level of challenge for athletes from years 5 & 6 by offering support to develop their physical, social and thinking skills, their ability to work within teams and their resilience, endurance and fitness.
In 2024/25 the PPA will take place on 17th/18th February and 7th/8th April 2025.
Our Primary Leadership Academy focuses entirely on the skills and qualities which are needed to be an effective Sports Leader such as communication skills, collaborating, coaching, planning safe events, promoting our work etc. It targets existing leaders (e.g. PhysKids/PlayLeaders, Change 4 Life Champions, School Sport Organising Crew members etc).
In 2024/25 the PLA will take place on 19th/20th February and 9th/10th April 2025.
